Tulane Law Review

Home

The Tulane Law Review is a preeminent student-edited legal journal, dedicated to the masthead topics of civil, comparative, and admiralty law.

Established in 1916 as the Southern Law Quarterly, three Volumes were published before an eleven-year hiatus that began due to the demands of the first World War. In 1929 the journal reemerged as the Tulane Law Review. The 2025-26 academic year will mark the Review’s 101st Volume.

Today, the Review is the flagship academic journal of Tulane University Law School and is managed and edited wholly by its student-members. The Review publishes five issues annually and one Symposium issue biannually.

We are currently accepting submissions for publication in Volume 101.
